Anne spent two decades in compensation consulting with leading global HR advisory firms, working with organizations across industries to design competitive, data-driven, pay equity compliant programs. She enjoys partnering with her clients to ensure that compensation strategies align with organizational culture and initiatives.

Most recently, Anne served as the Head of Total Rewards for a luxury retailer where she led the design, development, roll-out and stakeholder engagement of compensation and benefit programs while ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy and brand positioning.

She began her career in the financial services sector, where she built a strong analytical foundation and a nuanced understanding of internal and external compensation reviews and annual compensation program management.
