Tristan is a Consulting Analyst Intern with Laulima Consulting, bringing experience across business operations and economic development.

Leveraging his background in data analytics, program design, and stakeholder engagement, Tristan is developing a focus in compensation strategy and workforce analytics. His experience includes supporting the design and implementation of entrepreneurship programs, with an emphasis on driving sustainable growth. Through his work in economic development, Tristan has contributed to investment attraction initiatives across industrial, manufacturing, petrochemical, and hybrid chemistry sectors, while supporting coordination between industry and government stakeholders.

Passionate about assisting organizations reach their full potential, he is interested in designing data-driven compensation solutions that support employee engagement and long-term value creation.

Tristan is currently pursuing an Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University.
