She advises boards, executive teams, and investment committees on growth strategies, capital raising, and governance practices. Her expertise extends across financial services, emerging technologies, arts and culture, and impact investing, where she has consistently guided organizations through transformation and value creation.

She has held senior executive positions, including President & Managing Partner at DGC Capital, Senior Vice-President at Pembroke Management, and Vice-President roles at National Bank of Canada and Merrill Lynch. Françoise also serves as a Non-Executive Director and committee member with multiple organizations.
