Amina Alievski is a Consulting Analyst at Laulima Consulting, bringing a multidisciplinary background across behavioural accounting research, sector-focused analytics, and early-stage venture advisory.

She has edited doctoral textbook chapters as it relates to accounting and auditing, conducted data-driven analyses on market challenges within the energy and apparel sectors, and supported a clinical trial and healthcare design firm in securing seed capital, combining analytical acuity with strategic insight into stakeholder engagement and market entry.

Amina is particularly interested in how business models shape compensation design and incentives, and how these systems affect long-term enterprise value. She approaches each engagement with a critical and tailored perspective, grounded in both academic and applied experience, and is committed to delivering solutions that strengthen performance at both the individual and organizational levels.

She holds a First Class Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business and a Certificate in Law from Queen’s University.
